My admissions story started after sophomore year in high school, when I started clashing with my parents and having trouble sleeping. Only in hindsight did I realize that a lot of my stress was born out of fear of the future. The future was college. The future was the grueling college admissions process.
Fast forward: I get accepted to my dream school, learn everything I set out to and more, make lifelong friends, and — upon graduating — am blessed to work with wonderful people across industries.
In reflecting on my teens, I realized a lot of my stress could be attributed to the uncertainty with the increasingly difficult college process. So, in Fall of 2012, I made it one of my missions to help applicants with high caliber tactics, strategy and encouragement, along with improving the application process wherever I could.
Since then, the resources on this site have been viewed 700,000 times by students, parents and education professionals, and I continue to make the application process healthier for all involved.
