Hi, my name is David Richard. I'm lucky to be a mentor to some of the most promising students in the world.
My admissions story started after sophomore year in high school, when I started clashing with my parents, having trouble sleeping, and stressing out. Only in hindsight did I realize that a lot of my stress was born out fear of the future. The future was college. The future was the grueling college admissions process.
Fast forward: I double my SAT score, get into my dream school, graduate from my dream school, and continue to excel.
Now, life's pretty cool for me and I'm hoping to give back to high schoolers all I learned about college admissions. I realize a lot of my stress was because of uncertainty with the increasingly difficult college process, and I don't want you to go through that. Information is extremely powerful; I want to give that power to you.
My own freshman year in college, students/ parents from my high school reached out to me for help, since they had heard how I'd received excellent mentoring through the process myself, read everything on admissions, and was relatable and easy to talk to. I passed on everything I had learned, they succeeded, and I was hooked on the intense feeling of satisfaction that comes from helping students achieve their potential.
While still in college, I began helping parents and students navigate the college admissions process as an admissions consultant. Since then I've helped hundreds of students with their applications and built a thriving college counseling practice. With my private one-on-one coaching services, students are walked through every facet of the application process with customized strategic advice that ultimately dramatically increases the strength of their application while saving parents and students valuable time. This means more acceptance letters in the spring, which leads to more college options, fewer tuition payments, and more freedom to enjoy a great four years at the college of your choosing. If you think I may be able to help you, please complete the below form. Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and Transfer Students are welcome to apply.
